Gratitude
Being in a state of gratitude can help us navigate even the darkest waters and the calmest seas. We often do not think about it when we are facing the challenges that have entered our lives - and yet sometimes that is when it is most beneficial to employ an act of gratitude.
For thanks goes beyond the element of the good that we can experience that flows into us…for it is about all that surfaces within us, our lives, and on our paths.
We can be thankful for the obstacles that brought us great teachings and yes those that bring us a light to see our way clear on an unknown path are important.
So, yes I am grateful for you all who read my blogs and follow my life’s escapades; those who have purchased my book to learn a bit more about me and the animal friends you share your lives with in whatever form and the people that come into my business along with the friends that live within your household - or you in theirs as is most commonly seen! They may look different than us yet are more like us than is seen on the surface. These are my friends that I get to visit with while you are away enjoying life - and I am very grateful for them.
And there have been many lessons this year for which a deeper dive is required to enter a state of gratitude around the teachings. One that landed on my path recently is just this type of teaching. One with many layers and steps. Some of which is seen on the external via new emails and business practices while others are a bit closer to home. I will be writing about it in a future blog, so more to come on that soon.
Gratitude is an equal opportunity tool for all the various types of experiences that enter our lives…some we have to reach a little further to see the beauty and the love in what is happening for us to gain the knowledge and blessings.
May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Blessings to you all.
