Is Spirit Speaking

What does it mean when you unexpectedly say a pet’s name that has passed, hear a passed loved one’s name, hear something they often said? You see them pop up in your mind, hear music that they always listened to? When you see a pet that looks like them or one of your pets is always in the spot they previously sat or does something only they used to do? What if they show in a dream?

It means your loved one or pet that is in spirit is very much around you or connecting with you. So much of it is us working to acknowledge what we are receiving without feeling the need to explain it away. After my grandmother passed, my mom and I were in a waiting room and heard my grandmother’s name called over the loudspeaker. We both looked at each other and said she is here with us. With a grandfather, it was smelling a special blend of pipe tobacco that he smoked that we’d pick up on sometimes together whether outside or it happened a lot after I moved to Arizona on my own. The message you are not alone, we are with you.

With one pet friend, I hear the music track I only played with them. With another, he shows up on my right shoulder when I am driving, and another showed herself in the form of a person in a dream and directed me to a piece of artwork on a wall within the dream with a specific flower on it which allowed me to connect with her name and who was reaching out. Some will make it a point to walk around cards on a mantle that are cards about the passing of a sibling to let me know they are there and visiting or walk around flowers on a table that were received because of a pet crossing the rainbow bridge or a loved one passing to indicate a message from them or that they are there.

And when we are open to it, they know when we need assistance…the one who listened to the specific track with me, a cat friend would sometimes connect thru a form of meditation when I visited with her as it opens the door to clearer understanding. Recently after it being over a year since her passing, I heard the track playing and a message that whenever I need help getting present she is available to connect.

Loved ones also offer support in a variety of ways as my dad, uncles, and several others shared with me today while I was driving to a networking meeting that they always have my back – I just need to ask for help. That is the key, we must open the door.
