Reiki and Connection with Wild Ones
During recent weeks I have been to two different Arizona wild animal parks to offer connection and Reiki if desired. The first of the two, my mom and I went around my birthday. We were drawn to offer many the energy and love to assist whatever each was experiencing. What I recognized was that for several of the indoor habitats or water tanks environments these were extremely loud with an echo effect in play as well as high vibrations as kids of all ages were running and happily yelling which the animals and fish feel. Understanding what is fun for one may not be for another.
To put things in perspective all of these could feel like an earthquake to the lizard that is out sharing the trail you are running down. Rarely do we think or see things from that perspective. We perceive ourselves as being out alone if we do not see another person, but there are others always around us. Walking through these buildings, I felt an imbalance that caused dizziness and we had to shift out of the space more quickly, but these beings cannot leave.
I was guided to the inhabitants in a large fish tank. One could literally feel, sense and see the sadness in many of the beings. After asking if they would like to receive, I stood nearby with distance between my hands and the surface of the tank. About 20 of the fish stayed with me receiving what they needed on whatever level. We remained that way for about ten minutes. Both my mom and I noticed that one stayed the entire time in its original spot just watching, connecting, and receiving. The space caused us to feel off center, given I often feel the sensations from animal beings as my own, I knew what I was feeling wasn’t mine. We perceive tanks to be soundproof, but they may not be and that would not alleviate the vibrations from the sound or movement.
At both parks, the lead or owner of the parks both passed in the last year, which influences not only the staff, but also the animal beings. At the second park, the keepers and staff tend to be more in connection as well as visitors have the opportunity as names are placed on many of the enclosures, but what I became aware of is that the people visiting are not always open. There is a feeling of disregard or non-acknowledgement of the being. There is a role that these wild beings offer us, but the question is do we accept the gift for what it is, or do we stay on the surface? Since I feel into the animals. I often pick up on what is below the surface into how it feels to be not understood or to be looked at yet not seen. This happened with a bear being while I was there and so I connected with her afterwards.
If you want to start experiencing something greater with these wild ones whether in nature or at an animal park or sanctuary, greet them with love and respect in your heart versus fear or disregard. Yes, they are powerful. Yes, they are amazing. And like most want to be seen. We can open the door to a higher understanding of one another.
