Diving into the Deep
Recently I had a dream where I was scuba diving many feet below the surface of the water and practicing to go deeper. It was well lit beneath the water despite being at night.
On one of the dives, a large whale swam overhead momentarily creating interference with me communicating with someone on the land. The second dive I connected with a beluga whale that swam up next to me rubbing itβs face up against mine. It was loving, playful and gentle as well as very luminous and filled with light. Below me was a manta ray gracefully swimming and doing gentle loops in the water creating ripples beneath me.
One of the teachings in the dream was about learning to move in harmony with others, getting into a rhythm where we are flowing with grace and ease per the manta ray for recalibration. The beluga whale was sharing a message that for our emotional healing learning to nurture our inner selves with compassion and love is important.
The whale brought up how wailing, crying, or other emotions have created a block of sorts for me in bringing through clear messages or guidance as I work to get beyond the interference in the channel to access the message of the being beyond or above the emotions.
Some of this dream was a reminder to bring through the lightness and play of the beluga to nurture myself through the heavier, denser, and challenging events of what is occurring on the surface or on land.
It also brought about a message of what may be creating ripples of light, energy or movement beneath us β and how to work with the flow of energy, the rhythm of the music and frequencies to create new pathways for healing our emotions and as a result the way in which we nurture ourselves with gentleness and grace.
Practicing going deeper takes us through the layers of emotions to help us discover new ways and understandings waiting for us.
